DIGITAL IMAGING SYSTEM

We offer superior digital imaging in a variable pressure SEM for metallic samples to organic materials with or without sputter coating. The JEOL 5900LV can provide BEI and SEI Imaging from 20x to 300,000x magnification. The large sample chamber can accomodate samples up to approximately 8” in diameter.
